FLOW PACK STANDARD

The flow-pack system is a packaging method to wrap food and non food goods.

The product flows dragged horizontally and is fully packed.
Once wrapped, the film is cut and sealed at the head and tail of the package, the result is a perfect sealed pack. Innovative bags with the latest fashion design and even more captivating with preprinted film.

LONG-DWELL SYSTEM

Long dwell technology with rotary sealing jaws.

Long-dwell system is applied on flow pack wrappers for high speed productions and difficult sealing of wrapping materials where it is necessary to obtain hermetic seals. Possibility of having high temperatures on the cut and rotary sealing jaws with the advantage of having packs more durable in time.
"D" shaped camshafts translating mechanical motion. Available versions for working with polyethylene film.

CANTILEVERED SEALING

"Box-motion" sealing system combined to the bottom-film unwinding allows to obtain hermetic seals of products which are difficult to manipulate.

Electronic and mechanical components are leased on the back of the packing machines and protected in separate rooms. The front of the machine is clear of obstructions and allows easy cleaning by production residues that do not come into contact with the mechanical and electronic parts.
Quick format change : a few minutes to replace the reel and select the new recipe. Thanks to the adjustable forming tube, the machine is quickly ready to package a different product. From the single portion to the family pack in a few minutes without the need of specific skills.
